The Cosy Cunning Folk’s mediation teacher Emmeline is trained by the British School of Meditation and believes meditation benefits everyone, allowing the connection between mind and body to flourish.  

Our wellbeing is not dependent on our circumstances, 90% of it is how we process the world around us. Meditation gifts us a more mindful life, rooted in awareness and compassion. It offers sustainable tools to face life challenges and engage with ourselves more positively. Having used this practice to heal from trauma herself, Emmeline loves nothing more than sharing this practice in guided sessions and helping beginners on their meditation journeys.

Our workshops are suitable for everyone, we only work in small groups so that you receive the highest quality of teaching and support.
