This 90min offering comes as we welcome Autumn Equinox, where our daylight hours balance perfectly with the dark. This is a beautiful time to honour the balance within ourselves to, our yin & yang, our work & home life, what we give & what we receive back.
Autumn allows the trees to shed their showy display, to wrap up for the nurturing, inward months ready for regrowth in Spring. We can become in tune with this transformation as we begin to retreat in from the more social summer months, to tuck ourselves away for the longer, colder nights in reflection.
Join Cosy Cunning Folk Emmeline & Terence for this nurturing workshop, as we welcome their favourite cosy months. With gentle movement, autumnal meditation, nourishing warm moon milk and an opportunity to pull oracle cards in this sacred space. Suitable for all levels.

Begin your journey by settling into this your space, as yoga teacher Terence guides you in gentle movement to assist your emergence from the hibernation months, using the breath to regulate your nervous system and intention to lay your path of personal growth this season.
Meditation teacher Emmeline offers a restorative Spring meditation, honouring this seasons elements to emerge renewed.

Meditation for Beginners ~ A five week journey
This course provides an in-depth introduction to meditation, to guide you in understanding and developing the practice. Meditation has been scientifically proven to have a variety of health benefits, reduce stress, lift mood, improve sleep and mental clarity.

Chakra Cleansing With Terence
Chakra Cleansing Ritual
Chakras are the energy centres that allow our to body to receive, create and store our non-physical energy or ‘Prana’. These centres can become blocked through trauma, poor lifestyle habits, stress, lack of sleep and more. These blockages in the chakras cause imbalances which manifest themselves both emotionally and physically.
In this special workshop Terence will guide you in a healing chakra flow to allow cleansing Prana to harmonise and balance the body and mind. The session will close with a visualisation meditation to allow deep shifts within and harness the body natural healing abilities.
