To Use
Hold a flame to the end of the smudge stick for approx 5-10 seconds before blowing out and wafting the smoke around the space or object you wish to cleanse. Waft with clear intention such as 'I dedicate this smudging to dispelling negative energy and inviting calm and clarity.'
